By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
🎨 General
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Commission work is for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Clients must provide clear references and descriptions before work begins.
💳 Payment
- Payment is required before work begins.
- Payment is accepted through approved payment methods listed on my commission page.
- Work will not begin until payment has been received.
- All prices are listed in USD.
📝 Revisions
- Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
- Major changes requested after approval of the sketch may incur additional fees.
- Changes requested after artwork is completed may require a new commission.
⏱️ Turnaround Time
- Completion times vary depending on commission complexity, workload, and personal circumstances.
- Estimated completion times are not guaranteed.
- Clients will be notified if significant delays occur.
🚫 Refunds & Cancellations
- Full refunds are available only if work has not yet started.
- Once work has begun, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on progress made.
- No refunds will be issued after the artwork has been completed and delivered.
- Chargebacks will result in a permanent blacklist from future commissions.
📢 Usage Rights
Client May:
- Post commissioned artwork on personal social media.
- Use commissioned artwork for profile pictures, banners, and personal projects.
- Print commissioned artwork for personal use.
Client May Not:
- Claim the artwork as their own creation.
- Remove my signature or watermark when present.
- Resell, redistribute, mint as NFTs, or otherwise profit from the artwork without written permission.
- Use the artwork to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.
📸 Artist Rights
- I retain all copyright and ownership of the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media, commission examples, and promotional materials.
- If you wish for your commission to remain private, please discuss this before commissioning.
⚠️ Communication
- Clients are expected to communicate respectfully throughout the commission process.
- Harassment, abusive behavior, or repeated disregard for these terms may result in cancellation of the commission without refund.
✅ Agreement
Submitting a commission request or sending payment indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
